Who's behind it

The perspective behind the system

For twelve years I sold real estate, long enough to learn the hard way what it takes to GROW your real estate business year after year. Leads were never an option for me, and I LOATHED open houses. It all felt so gross to me. So I leaned into my comfort zone... pouring into my sphere.

I went on to teach sales and marketing to hundreds of agents and wrote real estate columns for local publications and blogs.

The Repeat Referral System is the distillation of that work: a way to keep every relationship active enough to get you referrals, without it feeling forced or awkward. It's built for solo agents who identify as introverts but care deeply about people (& growing their business).

How much of my time does this take?

To start, we'll spend about an hour together on a call so I can understand your perspective, capture your voice, and get to know your sphere. After that, you simply send me new contacts to add, and I handle everything else, usually about 20 minutes of your time a week at most.

What counts as my "sphere"?

Everyone who knows who you are and what you do. That means friends, family, the vendors you work with, former colleagues, your hairdresser, your kids' coaches and teachers, community acquaintances, church friends, and neighbors, basically anyone you're on a texting basis with, or would like to be.

Why email instead of social media?
